Solid performer - great microphone
We use this device for business-related web conferencing over IP. The microphone is excellent and the echo cancellation is flawless. The speaker sounds like it is mono (not stereo), so don't expect to listen to good music through the speaker. We bought these devices to eliminate echo in VoIP and they work perfectly.

Excellent replacement for a headset
For video/audio conferencing over IP, this is a great tool. The sound quality both received and transmitted is very good, and the anti-echo provision is very well done. In particular for videoconferencing it is nice not to have the 'headset look'. The unit is sleekly designed and quite portable (not negligible in weight, but compact and light enough to take everywhere). No separate software needed (at least on XP); plug and play.

Duet USB Speakerphone
We use this product in our conference room and at individual desktops for audio/video conference calls. We tested other products and this one is the best.
